Are you looking for a way to get involved with CDC as a Pre-dental Student? We have four year-long intern positions that help us with everyday clinic needs, as well as providing you an opportunity to shadow our fantastic student providers at the UCSF School of Dentistry!

Applications for the 2026-2027 CDC Pre-Dental Internship are open until May 17 at 11:59pm.

Available Positions

Social Media Intern (1)

  • Manage CDC Instagram page, including regular stories and posts

  • Format annual report and newsletter to be visually appealing and engaging after receiving text from CDC secretaries and coordinators

  • Develop digital media content, such as pictures and videos for the CDC website

Interpreter/Translator Intern (2)

  • Help translate forms and documents into Spanish

  • Interpreting for Spanish-speaking patients during CDC sessions

  • Assist with creating the CDC newsletter

Patient Intern (1)

  • Greet patients as they come in and assist with check-in to facilitate getting patients into the chairs more efficiently

  • Conduct patient feedback at the end of last appointment
